The chart below shows my progress from week to week since I began my weight loss journey on December 19th, 2009. It graphs my current rate, the amount of change for each week, and the total cumulative change.

The chart will be updated weekly.

Oh, and that strange spike in August? It seems I missed a weigh in one week.

Anytime I discover a pounds loss book that begins with the mental mindset I know that I am on to something. If you have not realized that your mental state may be the first key to achieving your weight reduction objectives then you would do well to make the discovery that I did.

This chart was created in Google Docs. I loaded the numbers into a spreadsheet, then created the graph, then got the html to share it and posted that on this page. So far it has been updating when I add new numbers to the spreadsheet. I may have a column too many in there, but it mostly makes sense.
