in Check In

Balticon was great! But the aftermath just wiped me out. I spent last week sick in bed, and it had some pretty predictable results.

This week’s promo is for the Flash Pulp Podcast. And a choice of Armageddon.

Enjoy the show. See you next week!

Good episode, glad to see I’m not the only one that has trouble keeping the food right when I’m ill. I generally don’t worry about it though on the principle that I’m ill. Hope you’re back to full speed by now.

Also, excellent choice for the guest intro. I suspect I would crawl through broken glass if it was Ms. Giguere’s voice suggesting I try it. She has 1 of the nicest voices I’ve ever heard.

Glad you liked it, Rok. I’ve observed in the past that trying to keep to a food plan when I get sick just tends to make me stay sick longer. When you’re ill, your body will let you know what it needs. Part of the goal of the podcast is learning to understand what your body is telling you about its needs no matter if you’re well or sick.

Glad you liked the intro bumper. Veronica actually did several of them for me, and I have some from Starla Hutchton and one from PC Haring. I’ll be throwing the bumpers in every now and then. I invite other folks to record intro bumpers for me and send them in. I would love to have a big assortment of bumpers to use.

And Veronica does know how to use that voice. Her husband is a lucky man.
