Well done for breaking through the plateau! You must be really pleased.

Sometimes when you eat a little more than usual, it can spike the metabolism and do some good. Maybe that’s what happened for you?

Yes, I am really pleased. Being on the losing side of things again is much less frustrating.

I think it may have been something like that. My body may have gone into a “food is scarce” conservation mode that kept me hanging. It may be that by overeating at the right time, I pushed my body into a “food is plentiful” mode that stepped up my metabolism and let me start losing again. That’s my best guess. I’m not going to worry too much about the whys and wherefores as long as I like the results. 😀
