Hi Doc,

Strength training is a great way to jump-start weightloss, according to my doctor and my physical trainer. I know you can do it!!!!

A number of people have said that, including my trainer. I’m meeting with him later this week and he’s going to outline a program for me. We shall see how well his plan fits in with my lifestyle. I hope they’re right. I’d like to get back onto the loosing trail again.
